咖啡运营经理岗位职责

咖啡餐饮运营高级经理永新华韵文化产业有限公司永新华韵文化产业有限公司,永新华韵重点职责:

1、负责连锁咖啡店产品定位、开发、制定和实施新产品售卖计划;

2、负责制定咖啡业态整体运营的年度工作规划、各项目标推进、分解及达成,成本控制,开展人力梯队建设和管理;

3、新开店铺筹备及各渠道拓展协调统筹工作;

4、对各咖啡门店营运管理及营业额、成本、利润、顾客满意度、服务质量提升等工作负责,定期巡检各区域门店,协助并指导区域内门店在人员、物料、设备、清洁、安全操作,指导处理突发事件;

5、负责咖啡设备、原材料等管理,制定采购计划,整合需求,持续改进供应商寻源、甄选,评估,竞标,管理,淘汰机制,确保建立适应公司快速发展需求的有竞争力的优质供应商库;

任职要求:

1、8年以上餐饮管理经验,有知名连锁企业(咖啡业态为主)同等岗位工作经验;

2、熟悉轻餐、咖啡业态筹备开业及开业后运营管理,及相关设备采购、出品把控、人员培训等工作;

3、具有良好语言表达能力和沟通能力;

4、有高度责任心和团队意识;

5、熟练使用办公软件,可适应跨区域管理、出差;
