亚太区物流分销经理TheAsia-Pacific(“APAC”)RegionLogistics&DistributionManagerwillhaveresponsibilityforregionalprocessesandprogramstoensuretheefficientandcost-effectivemovementofmaterialsandfinishedgoodsforthebusiness.Thisrolewillensurethatprocessesandprogramsenablethebusinesstomaximizecustomerserviceperformancewhileminimizingcostsandworkingcapital.

Responsibilities:

?Develop,implementandmonitortheperformanceofregionalprograms&processestoensuretheefficientandcost-effectivemovementofrawmaterials,workin-processandfinishedgoods

?Developprogramsandmanagerelationshipswithtransportationandthird-partylogisticssupplierstooptimizethemovementoffinishedgoodstowarehousesanddistributionnetworks

?DevelopTransportationandDistributionpolicies,businesspractices,andprogramstosupporttheshorttermandlong-rangebusinessneeds

?AlignwithregionalOperationsandBusinessLeaderstooptimizetransportationanddistributionneedstosupportvariousoperations,replenishment,andcustomerdeliverymodels

?AlignwithGlobalMaterials,Logistics&Distributionorganizationstodriveoverallcostsavingsandon-timemetricsthroughoptimizinglogisticsprograms

?Ensurethedevelopmentandexecutionoftradecompliantprocessesforexportandimportshipments,incorporatingstepstodrivecosteffectiveandtimelydeliverytoregionalcustomers

?Ensurecompliancewithregulatoryandcompanystandardsforcostcontrol,EHSandexternalagenciesinventorypoliciesandinitiatives

?Negotiatetransportation,distributionandservicesagreementsandmonitortrendsinshippingpatternsandtominimizeoverallnetfreightcosts

?Processclaimswithfreightcarriersasrequiredfordamagedgoods

?DevelopaLogistics&DistributionAnnualOperatingPlan(AOP)

?Monitoractualexpense,trendsandimpactsvsAOP,andtaketheappropriateaction(s)tomitigateunfavorabletrendsvsplan

?EnsureproperinvoicingallocationacrosseachplantintheRegion

?Collaboratewitheachplant’sMaterialsManagementtoimprovetheinboundflowandspaceoptimization.

品控总监岗位职责

职责描述:

1、负责组织建立集团质量管理体系;

2、负责起草、修订及推行公司内部质量体系文件,并监督品控部门贯彻执行;

3、保证质量管理体系的有效运行,对生产车间进行质量监管;

4、制定公司年度评审计划并且有效实施。

任职要求:

1、食品科学与工程或食品相关专业,本科以上学历,英文水品良好;

2、具备五年以上大型食品企业技术、品控管理等工作经历;

3、熟知国家及行业与质量相关的法律法规及行业质量标准;

4、高度的工作热情,良好的团队合作精神。
