Responsibilities

-Todevelopandexecutetheselectionstrategiesandsolutionstoachievethetalentplan;

-Providelocalmarketinsightandtrends(includingC&B)tocustomerssothattheyunderstandmorelocaltalentmarket;supportcompanyannualbasepayreviewandvariablepayreview;

-OwntheHRguidelines,proceduresandstandardsandpartnerwithsupervisorsandemployeesforallemployeerelationissues;

-Beproactivepartnertostewardandadvancecompanyculture;

-SupportSeniorHRManagerasneeded;

任职资格

-Bachelordegreeorabove.

-5+years’HumanResourcesGeneralSupportexperienceofMNC,HRBPexperienceispreferred.

-Stronganalyticalcapabilityandcriticalthinkingskills.Bewillingtodealwithhandsonaffairs.

-HavegoodunderstandingoftalentmarketandhasgoodlocalEmployment&Laborknowledge.ExperienceofinteractingwithAPmarketispreferred.

-FluentinEnglish,begoodatMicrosoftOfficeincludingOutlook,Excel,Words

-Opentochallengeandholdstrongwillingnessandcapabilitytolearnandembracechange.

-Striveforcontinuousimprovementintermsofbusinessresultandprocess

篇2:长人事经理岗位职责

人力资源经理/人事经理/HRBP(长租公寓)中富旅居上海中富旅居电子商务有限公司,mamahome,中富旅居,中富旅居工作职责:

1.根据公司发展的需要和人力资源战略,全面负责招聘、培训和发展、薪酬、员工福利、绩效方案等战略和政策的制定并督导实施;

2.负责业务部门用人需求方案的审核,并提出建议;

3.根据业务需要,提出设置或调整公司组织架构建议和定岗定编方案;

4.制定和完善人力资源管理制度及工作流程;

5.组织和指导长租公寓板块的绩效考核工作,并对各部门绩效考核过程进行监督控制。

任职资格:

1.全日制本科及以上学历;

2.从事人力资源工作至少8年,其中至少3年担任管理岗位

3.具备HRBP相关工作经验,有长租公寓行业相关工作经验;

4.熟悉公寓行业相关业务流程;

5.极强的抗压能力和情绪管理能力,逻辑思维清晰。

篇3:招聘人事经理岗位职责

1、全面统筹规划公司的人力资源战略;

2、建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式;

3、负责招聘、培训、薪酬、考核、员工关系等人力资源日常管理事宜;

4、制定和完善人力资源管理制度;

5、定期进行人力资源数据分析,提交公司人力资源分析报告;

6、组织制定公司人力资源发展的各种规划,并监督各项计划的实施;

7、协助监督控制各部门绩效评价过程并不断完善绩效管理体系;

8、协助推动公司理念及企业文化的形成;

9、协助制定公司人力资源整体战略规划。
