压缩机研发岗位职责
职责描述:
1、负责汽车空调压缩机的研发,设计机械、控制、方案设计,对零部件进行理论设计与计算、验证等;
2、研发新系列汽车空调压缩机,对外购件、外协加工件进行选型设计或工艺设计、积极与供应商进行沟通,保证选型最优,合理控制采购、加工成本;
3、制作产品BOM表、清单,编写设备装配/操作/安装说明书等,积极配合设备加工、安装、调试等工作;
4、对现有系列产品/设备进行优化设计,或参与技术优化和设备升级改造等;
5、对设备图纸和文档资料进行管理;
6、进行专利技术交底文件撰写;
岗位要求:
1、具备两年以上机电相关专业工作经验,本科以上学历优先考虑;
2、熟悉机械设计、机械原理、自动控制、热泵系统等结构理论和原理;
3、具有良好的机电一体化设计经验者优先考虑;
4、熟悉办公软件、CAD绘图和三维建模等;
4、机电、自动化等专业毕业;
5、工作积极主动,有较强的学习能力,能够迅速的接受新事物;
6、有汽车空调压缩机研发经验者优先考虑。
