1、负责公司小程序和手游APP的战略布局、开发、运营、策略制定、执行、监管与分析;

2、负责制定小程序、游戏项目运营的工作计划预算和监督相关进度,并对运营经营业绩负责;

3、跟踪运营数据,并根据运营数据分析报告制定产品修改及运营改进策略;

4、对产品数据进行科学分析,寻求各种应用方式以促进产品的在线人数与销售,延长产品的生命周期;

5、产品运营过程中的突发事件的决策和处理。

任职资格:

1、3年以上手游应用运营经验,2年以上应用程序项目管理经验,有手机游戏运营经验者优先;

2、年龄在25-35岁之间,男女不限;

3、对小程序和手机游戏运营有深入的了解和独到的见解,热爱互联网行业,了解市场方向;

4、对市场和运营的数据采集和分析有很强的能力,能及时进行运营层面的优化;

5、善于组织项目计划制定并控制项目计划的进度、质量和成本;

6、优秀的沟通及文字表达能力,能独立思考问题和解决问题;

1.负责Android/iOS本地应用及HTML5+CSS3手机客户端产品开发、发布。
