软件技术顾问岗位职责
职位描述:
1、负责公司财务软件、企业管理软件产品的服务和实施工作
2、开发老客户并进行一对一服务
3、负责客户沟通及联系工作,能帮客户解决实际问题能力
4、做好客户的定期回访反馈需求工作
职位要求:
1、有软件服务或相关工作经验,熟悉各软件行业流程,懂mysql数据库
2、能够用规范、礼貌的语言进行服务、增强客户满意度
3、能够面对挑战,有积极的工作责任心及上进心,完成公司下达的任务

1.负责牵头搭建成都关于光猫、机顶盒等接入网的onu/ont端的软件开发团队。

2.对外负负配合客户经理沟通客户产品开发需求,对内负责和研发部门沟通客户框架,并指定对应方案计划。
任职要求:
1.有负责过至少一个大型产品经验优先,尤其拥有光猫、机顶盒、蓝牙、wif等开发经验。
2.有5年左右嵌入式开发经验,尤其接入网设备开发经验优先。
3.专业为计算机/通信工程等专业,年龄不限,性别不限。参考工作职责:
