1、团队管理:领导团队成员按时保质达成既定工作目标,形成学习型团队,整体业务能力提升;

2、客户管理:提供顾问型专业服务,创造客户价值,建立互信、健康的客户关系;

3、项目管理:审核日常公关活动计划及活动管理方案,提供策略指导;

4、业务成长规划:规划部门成员工作计划,规划组内(现有及潜在)客户的业务方向,开发及深度挖掘业务增长。

工作要求:

1、对公司项目负责,对客户负责,责任心强、管理培训能力强,能够对下属人员进行工作指导,领导力强,自我约束、以身作则能力强;

2、独立承担大型公关活动项目管理,包括策划并撰写年度方案与执行、事件传播策略与执行、市场研究与洞察、年度季度月度的传播策略与执行;

3、具备良好的工作态度和工作热情,为客户提供顾问型专业服务,创造客户价值,建立互信、健康的客户关系;

4、在工作中,具备并发挥优秀的时间管理能力、人员管理能力、沟通能力、组织能力、协调能力;

5、长期服务于医药、保健类客户且具备业务拓展及深度挖掘的能力;

1.Competentlyleadmultidisciplineengineering,procurementandconstructionteamstoensureprojectdeliveryincludingstaffdevelopment,projectmanagementandtechnicalresponsibility;

能胜任带领各类工程团队,采购团队,施工团队来确保项目准时交付,包括员工发展,项目管理和技术方面的职责;

2.Undertakecompleteprojectplanningincludingscheduledevelopment,resourceplanning,engineeringwork,procurementplanning,qualitycontrol,construction,commissioning;

完成项目规划包括进度安排、资源规划、工程工作、采购规划、质量控制、施工,调试工作;

3.Understandmanagementexpectationandimplementprojectmanagementstrategytoensureprojectiscompletedsafely,meetingdesignrequirementsandprocessguarantees,qualityexpectations,withinbudgetandschedule;

了解管理期望和器项目管理策略确保项目安全完成,在内预算和规定时间内满足设计要求、进程保证,质量预期;

4.Accountableforprojectcontrols:projectcostestimating,planning/scheduling,projectbenchmarking,effectivecostcontrol/forecasting,effectiveprojectprogresscontrol/earnedvaluereporting,changemanagement,cashflowmanagementandfinancialstatusoftheproject

有责任的为项目控制:包括项目成本估算,计划时间表,项目基准,有效成本控制/预测,有效的项目进度控制/挣值报告,变动管理,现金流管理,项目的财务状况管理;

5.Responsibleformanagingtheprojectinterfaceswithallpartiesinvolvedincludinginternalandexternalcommunication,documentmanagementandtransferofrelevantprojectdataaccordingtoacommunicationanddocumentcontrolplan;

在公司之间,客户之间做好沟通工作,负责项目管理,作为内外部的沟通接口,文件管理,根据沟通计划对有关项目资料进行转交;

6.On-sitemanagementofmultipletradecontractorsincludingsafety,logistics,schedulecoordinationandqualityofwork;

对多种行业承包商的现场管理职责,包括安全、后勤、计划协调、质量工作;

7.Identifyandmanageprojectrisks;

任职要求

Education:BachelorsdegreeorhigherinChemical/MechanicalEngineeringorequivalentrelateddiscipline

教育:本科及以上学历,机械工程、化学工程与工程学相关专业

WorkingExperience:Minimum8yearsworkingexperienceinprojectexecution,atleast3yearsdirectprojectmanagementexperience,knowledgeableindesignandconstructionmattersintheenvironmentaltechnology,chemical,orenergyrelatedindustries;

工作经验:至少8年以上在项目执行的工作经验,至少3年直接管理项目的经验,有设计及施工问题的知识,在环保、化工,制药或能源相关行业;

Technical&ProfessionalKnowledge

技术和专业知识:

1.DemonstratedabilityinmanagingsmalltomediumdesignandconstructionprojectseachrangingUS5million;

有管理中小型施工项目的能力和经验,每个项目大小和复杂程度在500万美金以上;

2.Excellentclientmanagementandcommunicationskills;

优秀的客户管理和沟通技巧;

3.Competenttoreadandunderstandtechnicaldocument/drawings;

能够深刻理解技术文件及图纸;

4.Goodunderstandingofcontractingprinciplesandthecontractingprocess;

能够很好的理解合约原则和合约过程;
