篇3：产品制造工程师岗位职责
产品制造工程师江苏奥斯特滤清器江苏奥斯特滤清器制造有限公司,江苏奥斯特滤清器,奥斯特主要职责:
1.制作生产工艺流程图、作业指导书以及协助IE优化生产。
2.培训、规范、监督员工的作业手法,提高生产安全性和效率。
3.及时、准确的分析生产现场异常,并能够在最短时间内解决问题。
4.新工装夹具、新模具、新设备、新工艺的生产导入与培训、指导。
5.协助产品设计人员优化设计,以便降低成本、提高质量和生产力。
6.具有对工装夹具的独立开发设计能力与常用材料应用能力。
7.负责新产品开发过程中的各项工艺、工装、设备等的验证,并制作验证报告以确保新产品顺利开发完成。
8.新产品开发过程的小批量试产阶段,根据现场试产情况,制作新产品的批量化生产工艺流程图、作业指导书等工艺指导性文件,确保后续批量化生产顺利。
9.主管安排的其他任务。
任职要求:
年龄学历:28~45岁,大专或大专以上学历
专业背景:机械设计及其相关专业。
工作经验:3年以上工艺、工装设计经验,有汽车零部件制造或过滤与分离相关行业经验者优先考虑。
专业技能:二维设计软件、三维设计软件至少一种能够熟练操作应用,熟练使用常见办公软件制作各种文档。
团队精神:良好的团队协作和沟通协调能力。
