高级射频测试工程师岗位职责
Responsibilities:
1.Responsiblefordevelopmentofgeneralplatformandcustomeruniquetestsolutionsincludingprocessdefinition,trainingandoperationaldocumentgeneration.
2.RecommendanddevelopnewOpticalManufacturingServicecapabilitiesinsupportofstrategicandOEMdirectedopticalrequirements.DeveloptransportproductevaluationboardsanddemonstrationproductstopromoteOpticalManufacturingServicetestservices.EnsurethattestcapabilitiesandprocessesconformtoindustrystandardsandsatisfyOEMproductspecifications.
提供光纤通讯产品制造的技术服务,提供测试过程中的技术统计,能力评估,测试系统的分析
及产品分析。提供高速射频复杂电路的功能测试,问题分析(debug&trouble-shooting),针对问题提供解决方案,测试流程的优化,技术支持。
3.FacilitatingproductlaunchandServeascompanytechnicalrepresentativeforopticaltestprocesses.
4.Generateoperationalinstructionandtrainingdocuments.Performtechnicaltrainingandcertifydirectlaborpersonnel.Providehands-ontechnicalsupportanddirectionwithinthemanufacturingcell.
5.Measureandcorrelatein-processdatatoproductparametricperformance.Recommendandimplementchangestoincreasethroughput,reducecycletime,improveyield,andoptimizethemanufacturingprocess.
6.Mentorcross-functionalteamregarding“bestinclass”fiberoptictestprocess.AssistinOMSdefinitionandroadmap.Participateasmemberofcross-functionalteamsupportingOEMrequirementsforelectronicandopticalmanufacturingservices
Requirements:
1.3yearsofrelatedfiberopticand5yearsprocess/production/manufacturing/test/designengineeringexperience.
2.3年相关光纤产品及5年射频类产品的制程/生产/制造/测试/工程开发相关经验
RF,highspeeddigital,controlcircuit,andOpto-electronicdesignexperienceispreferred
射频,高速数字,控制电路及光纤通讯类产品测试经验优先
3.Experienceinopticalprototypingandmanufacturing,newproductintroduction,complexopticalprocessdevelopment,productdesignorreciperealizationandoptimization,andstatisticalprocesscontrolforopticalandoptoelectronicproductsandsystems.
4.In-depthknowledgeofRFtestandmeasurementtechniquesandequipmentforopticalsystems.
StrongexperienceinperformingdebugandFMAofcomplexOpto-electroniccircuits.
对射频测试及光纤通信系统量测技能有深入的掌握,对光电通讯类电路,产品有很强的错误分析解决能力;
5.Experiencewithstandardcommunicationprotocolsforfiberoptictransport.
熟悉光纤传输通讯的标准;
6.Workingknowledgeofstandardserialcommunications,i.e.,RS-232,422,and485.
熟悉标准通讯协议类似:RS232,422及485;
7.ProgrammingexperienceusingLabVIEWandTestStandpreferredahigh-levelprogrammingormachinelanguagedesirable.(notpreferto)
8.Anunderstandingofhardwareandsoftwareinteractionatthesystemanddevicelevelaplus.
9.RFmicrowavedesignexperienceandfiberopticdevicedesignhighlydesirable.
10.Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineering,ComputerScience,MaterialsScienceorPhysics.Preferred:Master’sdegreeinatechnicalprogram.LabVIEW/TestStandcertification(s)
工程设计,计算科学,材料及物理科学及其他工程,通讯类专业(学历不受限)。技术专业硕士,具射频电路,数字通讯复杂电路的分析,研究能力或LabVIEW/TestStand资质(优先)。

1、负责WIFI/BT/GPS/FM产品.
2、负WIFI/BT/GPS/FM关键器件选型与评估;
3、负责WIFI/BT/GPS/FM电路的设计、测试和调试;
4、负责客户WIFI/BT/GPS/FM问题攻关解决.
5、认证紧急问题现场支持.
6、重点项目SCH/PCB评审.
任职资格:
1,电子、通信及微波相关专业毕业,了解无线通信系统;
2,硕士一年或本科二年以上射频领域工作经验;
3,熟悉各类射频器件特性及应用,熟悉LNA、PLL、Mixer、Amplifier,Filter等常用射频电路;
4,熟练使用网络分析仪、信号源、频谱仪、噪声分析仪等各种射频仪器;
5,具有射频故障分析定位、和改进能力;
6,强烈的责任心、自信心,工作积极主动、执行力强,具有开放的心态、快速学习能力和良好的沟通能力。
