1、进行冶金工艺设计、编写相关技术规范;

2、对矿物冶炼生产过程中质量技术难题进行攻关,并解决生产中的出现的冶金工艺问题;3、参与冶金生产过程中的节能降耗和降本增效措施并为其提供技术支持;

4、进行金属成分分析、完成相关分析报告;

5、参与新产品研发试制,为新产品试制提供工艺服务;

6、对相关操作人员提供技术培训

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,冶金工程及相关专业;

2、有三年以上矿物冶炼相关工作经验,熟悉矿物冶炼工艺流程及相关工艺技术,熟悉冶炼、提纯原理及相关专业知识,能及时解决生产现场中的工艺质量问题;

3、能够熟练使用绘图软件,熟悉现代化质量管理体系;

4、具备良好的分析、判断及系统解决问题的能力;

5、从事过铅蓄电池回收者优先

Metallurgist冶金工艺工程师JOBPURPOSE

Themainpurposeoftheroleistodesign,developandimprovepyrometallurgicalandevaluationprocesses.Theworkwillinvolvemonitoringandanalysisofprocessesanddatainconjunctionwithlaboratory,pilotandplantscaledevelopmentandcommissioningtrialsforourmetallurgicalrefiningoperationsatZhangjiagangrefinery.

PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES

?Promotehighenvironmental,healthandsafetystandardsandbehavioursforyourselfandyourco-workers.

?Developandimprovepyrometallurgical,thermalandconcentrationprocessesinconjunctionwithproduction,customers,externaltechnologysuppliers,JMTCandothermembersofthetechnicalteam.

?Monitorandanalysepyrometallurgicalprocessesanddata,supportingresolutionofissues.

?Utilizethermodynamicmodellingmethodstoprovidetheoreticalanalysisofpotentialprocesschangesandprocessvariationinvestigations.

?Undertakebench,pilotandplantscaleexperimentalwork

?ProvideprocessexpertisetoenableHAZOPstudiestobecarriedoutonnewprocessplantsandProcessHazardReviewsonexistingoperations.

?Carryoutappropriateriskassessments(Risk,COSHH,ManualHandling,etc)forthedevelopmentwork

?ParticipateinrootcauseanalysisofincidentsthatoccurwithinZhangjiagangsite.

?AssisttheCapitalProjectsteambyprovidingtechnicalexpertiseincludingdevelopingprocessflowdiagrams,conductingtrialsonnewequipmentandcollectingdatafordesign.

SCOPE

Theprincipleresponsibilitiesaretwofold.Firstly,toprovidesupportintheconcept,trial,design,installationandcommissioningofimprovement,assetreplacementandnewprocesses.ThesecondistoprovidetechnicalexpertiseandsupporttotheZhangjiagangproductiondepartmentsincludingpyrometallurgical,hydrometallurgicalandevaluationprocesses.Theincumbentisexpectedtohaveexcellentcommunicationskillstoworkinamulti-disciplinedteamandwillberequiredtoanalysedataproficiently,displayfindingseffectivelyandcompletecoherentreports.

Inthecourseofperformingtheirduties,theincumbentwillneedtointerfacewithpersonnelinmaintenance,engineering,EHS,projects,commercial,supplychain,purchasingandproductiondepartments.Outsidevendorsandcontractorswillbeutilisedandmanagedbytheincumbenttocompleteprojectsasneeded.

Theincumbentwillneedtoapplyfundamentalknowledgeinpyrometallurgytoconceivenewprojectsandimprovecurrentprocesses.Astheincumbentdevelopstheirexpertiseinrefiningandtheywillbecalledupontousethisknowledgeacrossthebusiness.

ThepositionwillberequiredtoinvestigateEHSincidentsonplantinastructuredmanor,includingrootcauseanalysisandenactingimprovementplanstopreventreoccurrence.Thisincludesreportingupwardsanddelegatingtaskstoavarietyofstakeholders.

WhilsttheprimarysitefortheroleisinZJG,theincumbentwillbeexpectedtowork,onoccasions,atotherJMsites.TheymayalsobeexpectedtotravelperiodicallyoverseasincludingtotherefineryintheUKorUSA.
