1、组织编制设计执行计划体系,对设计计划体系的执行进行管控、协同与纠偏;
2、负责工程建设阶段图纸与技术管理工作;
3、严格执行合同条件,履行合同义务,落实公司经济技术文件流程,有效管控设计成本、进度与质量;
4、协调、处理好与政府等外联部门的工作关系,组织落实各种专项与综合验收备案工作。

任职资格:
