1、负责质量管理体系和信息安全管理体系的优化完善、运行维护和监督审核;
2、负责各部门组织绩效管理,包括绩效计划、绩效考核、绩效评价,绩效应用的管理;
3、负责内部风险管理,包括风险识别、预警、处理、跟踪、规避等工作;
4、负责组织不符合项整改的跟踪和关闭;
5、负责质量管理体系和信息安全管理体系的过程引导和培训。
应具备的能力
1、熟悉ISO9001和ISO27001S标准,具备质量管理和风险管理专业技能;
2、具备产品质量管理、软件开发管理、项目实施管理的能力,运用流程管理方法进行的质量实施监控并及时解决所出现的问题;
3、具备逻辑分析能力,能从多角度、多层次分析问题,并利用既有的质量数据等相关信息进行分析,找出存在的质量问题和不同问题间的相关性;
4、具备问题发现能力,通过自身掌握的质量管理知识,判断业务过程中存在质量问题,并提出解决方案。
任职条件
1.管理专业本科以上学历;
2.具备2年以上质量管理相关工作经验,熟练使用质量管理工具;
3.熟悉国家相关质量管理体系;
4.具备内部控制管理能力、质量问题逻辑分析能力和发现问题的能力。
5.具备团队协作精神。

3)TakeCQITtooladministratorroleandmaintainrelatedinformation.AlsocoordinatewithITtodevelopnewapplication.
