Fuelingthetechnologiesthatdriveourproductsandsupportourcompany’sinfrastructure,theTechnologyteamconsistsoftalentedengineers,networkarchitects,securityspecialists,andITprofessionalswhohelpmaketechnologyoneofMorningstar’scorestrengths.Thoughourtechnologistsrepresentarangeofskillsandknowledgebases,theyallviewtechnologyasacraftandcaredeeplyaboutcreatingdelightfuluserexperiences.FromAgilemethodologiestomobileapplicationsandsoftwareasaservicedeliveredfromourprivatecloud,wepushtechnology’sboundariestobuildscalable,elegantsolutionsthathelpinvestorsreachtheirfinancialgoals.

Responsibilities:

·Completetheassignedprogrammingtasksindependentlywithhighquality

·Leadtheteamtoformulateandexecuteatasklisttoreachagivenimplementationgoal

·Dissectanassignedtaskandkeeptheteamfocusedondevelopingrealisticandeffectivesolutions

·Ensurecodequalitywithcodingstandardbycoaching,codereviewandunittest

·Stepinandparticipateontheteaminasmanyrolesasneededtomeetdeadlines

·Keepsprojectstakeholderswellinformedofstatusofdevelopmenteffort

·Managetechnicalrisksthroughouttheproject

任职要求:

Requirements:

·5+yearsexperiencesofdemonstratingprogressivelevelsofC#development

·2+yearsexperiencesofpeoplemanagement.

·ExperienceofC++/Javadevelopmentisaplus.

·Enthusiasticproblem-solverwhocancommunicatecomplextechnicalinformationtocolleaguesindifferentdisciplines.

·Self-motivated,excellentworkethic,goodinterpersonal,excellentcommunicationskills.

·GoodEnglishskill,includereadingandwritten.

·Financialknowledgeisaplus.
