Qualifications:

2.Experiencewithnucleoside,nucleotide,andsolid-phaseoligonucleotidesynthesis.
3.Abilitytoworkinacleanroomenvironment.
4.Proficientintheuseofmethodsofinstrumentalchemicalanalysis,suchasHPLC,MS,ishighlypreferred.
5.Demonstratedabilitytoplanandexecuteindependentandcollaborativeresearchprojects.

2、能设计多肽的合成工艺(粗肽合成及精制纯化),全面把控工艺研究,识别工艺重难点,并组织实施技术攻关。指导团队完成实验室研究,并能指导实施合成工艺放大与产业化,不断优化工艺降低成本。
3、能系统分析多肽类药物的杂质谱,指导团队开展杂质获取、结构确证、分析杂质来源等相关工作。
4、能撰写和审核原料药工艺部分申报资料。
5、硕士以上学历,5年专业工作经验和行业工作经验,3-5年管理工作经验。
