销售主任KASalesExecutive舒适刀片(广州)有限公司上海分公司舒适刀片(广州)有限公司上海分公司,舒适刀片职责描述:

1.制定和执行销售计划,完成公司下达的销售指标;

2.制定和执行市场发展计划,提高产品市场占有率;

3.协助经销商开发当地市场,提高产品铺货率;

4.定期拜访负责区域的卖场和超市便利系统,提供订货量和公司产品在店中的可见度和竞争力;

5.维护和提升公司产品在各型卖场及零售店的陈列,以提高公司产品的能见度和品牌形象;

6.跟进及落实产品的配送情况,提高服务水平;

7.控制当地市场和销售费用,提升公司营运水平;

8.指导及培训下属,辅导或指导其日常工作;

9.管理、监督和培训促销员和陈列员等;

10.定期提供报表和数据分析;

11.协助财务人员跟进客户应收装款的回收工作,降低公司财务风险;

12.通过直接汇报上级的协访反馈和业绩评估,不断改进自己的工作表现。

任职要求:

1、有五年以上快消行业销售经验,有负责KA总部及合同谈判经验。

2、根据公司要求独立制定可行市场拓展计划并指定实施。

3、积极开拓新客户,拓展业务渠道。

4、充分掌握数据分析能力,分析市场动态。

5、有培训促销员经验。

6、有良好的团队合作精神,认真维护客情关系。
