4.Makealltravelarrangementsnecessarytogettoandfromeachfactoryforscheduledinspections.

5.CompliancewithQSRandISO/ENregulationsandMedlinepolicies,procedures,andworkrules.

6.Reviewandprovideconstructivesuggestionsonreleasedinspectioncriteria.

7.IdentifyallrisksrelatedtoqualitydiscrepanciesandprovidesuggestionstoDirectorofCorporateQCinatimelyandefficientmanner.

8.OtherprojectsasassignedbyDirectorofCorporateQCorShanghaiQACoordinator.

1.负责新产品质量策划,包含质量计划,评审测试计划;

2.负责研发流程的设计和维护,确保研发按规定运行;

3.负责与客户沟通产品标准,形成公司内控标准;

4.组织产品过审评审和风险控制,实施DFMFA、PFMFA管控;

5.负责产品测试标准的建立和维护;

6.负责新产品导入过程跟踪,完成新产品质量目标;、

7.对研发异常问题跟踪,协助问题分析和对策研究,督促研发按期关闭;

8.测量研发过程数据,对研发过程质量进行度量、测评和改进;

9.协调处理项目市场投诉,定期与项目组评估项目质量状况;

任职要求:

1.熟悉开关电源工作原理(反激、正激、半桥、全桥工作原理)及电源MOS管、二极管、电阻电容等器件的失效模式;

2.熟悉统计技术、试验设计、失效树分析、方差分析、假设检验等质量工具,能独立评估产品品质状态和潜在风险;

3.熟悉电子电路设计、结构与PCBA组装工艺;

4.熟悉IPC-A-610F和SR332标准;

5.熟悉研发及项目管理流程;

6.三年以上产品研发经验,五年以上DQE工作经验。
