GrowwithusasaMaintenanceSoftwareEngineerinoneofourgreatmaintenanceteam!Workingasafundamentalmemberofthemanufacturingorganization,youwillbeakeypartnertoOperations.Wearelookingforapassionateteamplayerwholovessolvingproblemsandiseagertohelpshapeastrongfutureforourcompanyandtheircareer.
KeyAccountabilities:
?Provideday-to-daysupportforOperationstomaximizethereliabilityofproductionequipment.
?Executingadvancedsoftware/databasetroubleshooting.
?Optimizethemaintenancestrategies(preventiveandcorrective)forproductionequipment.
?Workinconjunctionwithquality,manufacturingandfunctionalareamanagers/supervisorstoalignsupportsystemssuchascomputerizedmaintenancemanagementsystem,sparepartsinventory,planningandscheduling.
?ActasTechnicalLeadfortheequipmentandassociatedutilitiestosupportprojectsandenhanceOperatorandMaintenanceTechniciancapabilities.
?Workwithquality,operations,maintenanceandengineeringtosupportthesiteequipmentreliabilityprogram.Leadstechnicaltroubleshootingeffortstodeterminetherootcauseofequipmentfailuresandunderperformance.Implementtimely,effectivecorrectiveactions.
?Evaluatemaintenancestrategiestoensuretheeffectiveuseofresourcesandtomaximizeequipmentreliabilityandreducemaintenancecosts.
?Optimizesparepartsinventorytodelivercosteffectiveequipmentavailability.
?ensuringaccuratedatacollection/analysisandbyestablishingandmonitoringreliabilityKeyPerformanceIndicators.
?Meetsallregulatoryrequirementsandparticipatesinauditstoenhanceinspectionreadiness.Monitorsandfollowsupforensuringtimelycompletionofallcommitments.
?Takesnecessaryactiontoeliminateandimmediatelyaddresssafetyhazards.Communicateanyobservedunsafebehaviorsimmediately.
Qualifications&Requirements:
?ABachelor’sdegreeinEngineering(Automation,computer)isrequired.
?5+yearsrelevantexperienceinData-collectiondevelopment(OPC-server,Wincc,Labview,orotheradvancecomputer-language).
?WorkingknowledgeofSIEMENSPLC’sispreferred.
?Workingknowledgeofrelationaldatabases(SQLServer)ispreferred.
?KnowledgeofPM(PreventativeMaintenance)isaplus.

篇3：ResidentEngineer岗位职责
技术支持工程师SYNERGYWORLDLIMITEDSYNERGYWORLDLIMITED工作职责:
1、负责设备到货现场支持以及按装调试阶段的技术支持,和项目执行的协调和跟进;
2、制作项目方案及标书,绘制图纸;
3、对销售人员及代理商给予技术支持;参与项目技术交流。
岗位要求:
1、热动、热力工程、机械一体化、化工机械、环境工程、自动化、暖通等相关专业大专以上学历;
2、中大型工业锅炉行业售后工作经验三年及以上,或国际品牌一流燃烧机调试经验两年及以上,德国威索扎克等经验更佳;
3、能承受一定的工作压力和外地出差,工作认真、正直、勤奋,沟通能力,团队协作能力强;
4、有较好的英语听、说、读、写能力;
5、熟悉计算机操作(办公软件操作及AUTOCAD机械绘图软件等)。
