1.本部门的运营体系的完善与改进;
2.本部门的安全管理;
3.本部门的人员管理、团队建设、绩效考核;
4.接订单后的生产组织、计划安排、材料跟催、生产平衡、及时足量供货;
5.按工艺、质量要求组织生产;参与工艺、质量改善工作,质量问题能从生产角度,配合工艺试验,找到解决办法,并有效预防;
6.确保生产员工按设备安全作业规程操作设备,参与设备和模具的日常管理;参与设备的改进、改善工作;
7.进行有效的生产数据统计与分析,为管理活动提供依据;
8.本部门各项成本控制。
任职要求:
1.教育背景:机械,化工,高分子类相关专业本科学历;
2.具备汽车产品,精密加工等制造行业5年以上生产主管,或3年以上生产经理工作经验;
3.熟悉ISO9001或ISO16949体系;熟悉供应链知识,精通制造、精密加工行业的生产管理;擅长精益生产管理;
4.具备较强的领导力及问题解决能力。
5.英语能作为工作语言优先。
