岗位职责:

1.组织制定营业区业务中、长期发展规划,制定分解各阶段关键目标;

2.监督落实月度、季度、年度关键任务目标达成,并就进展情况提出检视意见,确保全面达成业务和人力发展目标;

3.做好营业区会报管理、差勤管理,组织召开各项会议及培训;

4.指导制定营业区奖励方案、活动方案,并监督落实;根据阶段营销主题,营造氛围、组织活动,保证各类型业务推动活动、增员活动有序开展,促进阶段目标达成。

任职要求:

1.全日制本科以上学历,相关保险从业经验及团队管理经验

2.熟练使用各类办公软件,较强的沟通能力

3.具备业务操作等专业能力
