配合与支持销售工作,负责MES软件的售前支持与顾问咨询工作,提供技术咨询,协助销售取得客户对公司产品的认可;

分析与理解客户需求,并根据客户需求制订相应的技术实现方案;

负责项目投标书的技术部分,为项目投标做好技术材料准备;

参与公司竞标,提供技术支持,负责产品技术细节以及投标技术文件的答辩,确保客户充分理解公司产品或解决方案;

负责公司内部员工和外部客户的产品培训等。

岗位要求:

本科及以上学历;

5年及以上MES实施经验或行业顾问经验;

熟悉APS、ERP、SAP、CRM、MES业务知识,有生产制造行业工作经验优先;

具有很强的理解及学习能力,能很快掌握业务知识,具备较好的口头表达能力以及文字功底,具备独立撰写技术方案的能力;

责任心强,对待工作富有激情,懂得团队协作。

行业技术顾问岗位职责

工作职责:

1、负责公安行业产品和项目的售前技术咨询;

2、深度挖掘行业用户潜在需求,提供相应的技术咨询意见,根据行业用户需求进行方案设计;

3、协助销售维护和开拓行业客户,进行各类项目的策划、咨询、方案落地等工作;

4、向合作伙伴、供应商等提供必要的培训和技术指导。

任职资格:

1、统招本科及以上学历,计算机类相关专业;

2、具备三年以上IT软件行业售前技术支持经验,熟悉公安、政府类行业客户特点;

3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和方案编写、演示能力,具备一定的项目管理能力;
