-与美国总部的教研及运营部门保持沟通,进行Kids‘R’Kids幼儿园课程体系的本地化以及本地课程的开发。课程包括幼儿园各年龄段的核心课程、辅助课程以及夏令营课程。
-负责Kids‘R’Kids幼儿园运营体系标准化文档的研发。包括各类手册、表格、流程、标识的开发、更新和维护。
-负责Kids‘R’Kids标准化培训体系的维护和更新,进行标准化培训课程包的研发和维护。
-执行每年两次的幼儿园督导检查,根据第一次检查的结果,进行必要的跟踪回访,对所有检查、督导、信件沟通等相关文件进行整理和归档。
-为全国各地的Kids‘R’Kids幼儿园提供教育教学、运营标准和卫生安全等方面的培训,包括现场、远程录播和直播等形式的培训和指导。
-作为新建幼儿园筹建团队的主要参与者,协助进行幼儿园的筹备并提供教学及质量控制标准方面的培训,并对新幼儿园进行开园初期的现场支持。
-完成公司管理团队提前或临时安排的相关事务
任职要求:
-硕士及以上学历,幼儿教育专业者优先
-有优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力,有海外学习和工作经历者优先
-三年以上幼儿园教育相关工作经验
-对幼儿教育事业充满热情,对孩子充满爱
-了解国家和地方在幼儿教育方面的相关规定、标准和要求
-极强的服务意识、团队合作意识、学习能力、人际沟通能力、执行力,高度的责任感,细致的工作风格
