职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、负责小鹏汽车智能推荐平台的架构设计、开发和性能调优；?

2、结合业务需求设计实现安全、稳定、高伸缩性、高性能、易用性好的平台化推荐平台；

3、参与搜索引擎、推荐引擎、模型预测、向量检索、调度系统、评价系统等基础系统、平台的设计、研发及调优工作；

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上JAVA后台开发工作经验；?

2、熟悉Linux操作系统，精通JAVA开发语言，至少掌握一门其它语言，如scala，python或go；

3、对海量、高性能、分布式开发有经验者优先；?

4、对推荐，搜索，广告系统开发有经验者优先；?

5、具备良好的分析解决问题能力，能独立承担任务，有任务进度把控能力；?

6、责任心强，自驱力强，主动，好学，具有良好的对外沟通和团队协作能力。
