篇3：IT技术服务方案架构师职位描述与岗位职责任职要求
职位描述：
工作职责：
1.负责全球运营商数据中心IT集成项目的规划、建设、维护、优化相关的技术支持和保障、技能导入、能力建设等工作；
2.作为数据中心IT集成项目交付TD，理解客户需求，了解合同交付范围，对项目整体技术方案设计（网络、计算、存储等）、实施的进度、质量负责；
3.负责相关的客户、供应商的协调管理，保障项目顺利交付，提升客户满意度，促进市场的巩固和拓展。
任职要求：
业务技能要求：
(1)云基础架构集成：掌握主流的公有云、私有云架构;
(2)整合迁移：熟悉主流的操作系统和系统迁移方案；熟悉VMwarevSphere/CitrixXenServer/WindowsHyperV等虚拟化产品，了解不同产品下虚拟机迁移、备份方案；
熟悉ORACLE、SQLServer、DB2等数据库，具备数据中心数据库迁移、运维和Troubleshooting能力；熟悉存储迁移方案规划设计和实施；
(3)灾备集成：掌握数据中心业务连续性系统的技术知识，包括数据备份、灾难恢复系统；熟悉NBU、Commvault等备份软件、EMC方案、VMware等业界主流IT灾备方案，具备数据备份、灾难恢复项目工作经验；
(4)安全集成：熟悉数据中心安全集成方案设计，主流安全厂家安全产品的安装配置，安全风险评估与加固、安全攻防演练，等保辅助测评；
(5)云运维运营：熟悉云平台的运维管理，熟悉网络架构、存储架构、监控架构优化，保证系统的稳定性、性能、质量；
专业知识要求：
掌握至少一种IT基础设施的专业知识：包括服务器、存储、虚拟化与云计算、备份、网络、安全、数据库、大数据、中间件、监控、云管理平台，云运维优化；
