篇2：产品应用技术支持工程师岗位职责
岗位职责:
1、负责公司软硬件产品实施工作:部署安装调试、咨询解答、产品培训、现场技术指导、故障分析和排除等;
2、能够完成面向客户的技术交流、方案编写,并能与客户就相关问题进行直接深入沟通;
3、能够了解客户业务需求,提供解决方案及技术建议方案;
4、本职位为实施项目经理培养方向。
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历,计算机相关专业;
2、两年以上软件项目实施相关工作经验;
3、熟悉Oracle/DB2数据库的安装配置和日常维护;能熟练使用SQL语句和编写存储过程;具备较强的Oracle/DB2数据库应用开发实施能力和经验;
4、熟悉Windows操作系统环境,熟练部署Tomcat和Apache;
5、具备强烈进取心、求知欲及团队合作精神,有较强的沟通及协调能力。6、熟悉数据运维。7、有司法行政实施经验者优先。8、法学专业者优先。
