1.在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求,并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务;

2.以授课、培训及操作班等形式为客户提供专业的咨询,推广公司产品,争取客户订单,参与客户招

标,负责区域内客户拓展;

3.收集整理现有和潜在客户资料,发现和专注市场机会,完成经营目标,维系客户关系;

4.负责样品的终端试用及反馈跟进,协助市场活动的举办;

5.经销商文件认证和沟通,督促经销商按时按量完成公司指标;

6.负责处理不良品的退换和投诉,跟踪客户订单和交货安排及追收货款工作;

7.完成主管交办的其他事项,根据需要出差。

任职要求:

1.大专以上学历;

2.两年以上外资公司医疗产品销售经验,有牙科产品的销售经验者优先;

3.优秀的表达能力和销售谈判技巧,学习能力强;

4.工作主动积极,有极强的进取精神;

5.熟练使用Office办公软件;

6.能够承受压力,适应经常出差。

临床医药销售主管岗位职责

职位职责:

1、负责所管辖销售队伍的会议、学术、销售分析、任务分配等销售队伍日常管理;

2、负责所辖销售队伍的医院客户开发和管理;

3、按月,季,年完成或超额完成各产品的销售目标和回款计划以及其他工作目标;

4、按照要求及时、准确地提供所有销售报告、数据,如每月销售报告、每周客户拜访计划、客户资料等;

5、指导下属销售代表开展业务工作,促使其汇报并与之讨论确定工作计划;

6、定期和非定期进行客户拜访、调查,并督促销售代表执行与主要区域客户密切联系;

7、负责管理并控制各项预算及费用的使用,负责审查销售代表费用报销,指导其以最经济的方式运作;

8、加强销售队伍建设和管理;

9、负责收集客户信息及产品使用反馈信息,收集市场竞争者情报。

职位要求:

1、35岁以下,本科以上学历,医学检验、临床医学、生物化学等相关专业;

2、具有临床销售队伍管理经验与销售经验,熟悉医疗市场;

3、具备良好的市场营销管理能力和很强的执行力;

4、优秀的沟通和组织协调能力;

5、能够带领团队高效完成销售目标;

6、能够承受较强的工作压力。

7、具有C1驾照,真实驾龄在3年以上。
