1、负责旅游行业的市场分析和研究,研发顺应市场发展需求的旅游产品;2、准确定义产品,包括产品的愿景、目标市场、竞争分析、产品特色的优先级、产品案例、销售及支持需求等;3、旅游产品的项目管理流程规划,确保资源投入、制定项目计划、根据计划跟踪产品推进的情况及后期反馈;4、就开发的旅游产品,负责对内部同事团队进行产品优点、特色、功能和目标市场的沟通和推介,对外部媒介、合作单位、推广平台的产品宣介;5、对旅游产品的周期管理,包括产品的定位、产品定价及促销、产品线管理、竞争策略等;6、对同行业的高端旅游产品进行监控,把握最新市场动态。

任职要求:1、五年以上旅行社及旅游产品开发工作经验;2、有丰富的旅游产品设计经验,有创新精神,对用户体验有良好的感知;3、出色的沟通能力,严谨的逻辑思维和定量分析能力;4、出色的组织和协调能力,能驱动团队高质量按时发布版本迭代;5、良好的运营思维,能否根据运营数据持续优化产品;6、对负责的单系旅游产品目的地资源及航空资源有一定的了解。
