产品经理（ProductManager），又称品牌经理（BrandManager）。是企业守门员、品牌塑造者、更是营销骨干。它既是一套完善的营销运作制度，更是博大精深的营销操作。举凡产品从创意到上市，所有相关的研发、调研、生产、编预算、广告、促销活动等等，都由产品经理掌控。产品经理依据公司产品战略，对某个（线）产品（介质、服务、品牌）担负根本责任的企业管理人员。

产品经理岗位职责

1.负责产品的需求发现和分析，产品功能设计；

2.持续挖掘用户需求进行产品创新，合理规划产品发展与功能规划，协调推动产品功能实施；

3.关注运营数据、用户调研与反馈等，持续优化产品；

4.关注竞争对手的状况，对市场变化反应敏锐；

5.负责产品界面和交互全局和细节设计，推动产品交互体验持续提升；

6.规划管理项目进度，推动项目的技术实现，把控项目实施质量和效率；

7.指导和管理产品设计师，建设高品质UI&交互团队；

8.对产品的长期发展战略提出建设性意见，进行相关市场调查，为公司决策层提供相应依据。

产品经理岗位要求

1.对网站易用性设计和用户体验有良好的直觉，注重细节；

2.具有较强的策划能力，对产品和运营敏感，思维清晰有条理；
