材料采购总监岗位职责

原材料采购总监1.Responsibleforconstitutionandrevisionofprocurementsystemsandprocesses,implementstrategicprocurementmanagementmode,establishanevaluationsystemofprocurementmanagementandprocurementactivities.

负责采购制度、流程的编制与修订,实施战略采购管理模式,建立采购管理和采购活动的评估系统;

2.Responsibleforthepreparationofannualprocurementplans,establishprocurementinformationplatform,optimizeprocurementchannelsandsuppliers.

负责编制年度采购计划,建立采购信息平台,优化采购渠道和供应商;

3.Responsibleforresearchandforecastingofmarketinformationofrawmaterialsupply,establishandadjustprocurementstrategy.

负责公司原材料供应市场信息的调研和预测工作,制定和调整采购策略;

4.Responsibleforauditingofmajorprocurementinvitebidsandcontractsandmanagementofsuppliers,improvethedynamicsassessment,selection,classificationofsuppliers.

负责重大采购招标及合同签订的审核和供应商的管理工作,完善对供应商的动态评估、选择、分级工作;

5.Responsiblefortheconstructionofpurchasingteam,instructtheteamtocompleteprocurementtasksandcostcontroltargets.

负责采购团队的建设,指导其完成公司采购任务和成本控制目标。

任职资格:

1.Bachelordegreeorabove,majorineconomicmanagement/marketing/logisticsorrelevant,familiarwithmodernprocurementprocess,withprofessionaltrainingexperienceinprojectmanagement,procurementmanagement,businessnegotiations,economiclawandproductknowledge.

本科以上学历,经济管理/营销/物流相关专业,熟悉现代采购流程,具有项目管理、采购管理、商务谈判、经济法、产品知识方面的专业培训经历;

2.Morethan8yearsworkexperienceasproducingorpurchasingdepartmentmanagersinmedium/largeenterprises.

8年以上大中型化工企业生产或采购部门经理及以上工作经验;

3.Strongabilitiesofobservation,adaptability,predictability,judgment,communicationandcoordination.

具有较强的观察、应变、预测、判断、沟通、协调能力;

4.Senseofdevotiontodutyandgoodworkethics.
