进出口操作主管1.负责处理并跟进客户的日常订单(确认订单、下单、跟进订单,装后发送单据,跟进到港时间,关注客户提柜和收货后的反馈等)
2.负责成本核算及报表制作,催款及发票催收等
3.负责合同对接及签订,根据公司要求完成客户的表格管理、文件管理
4.洞悉市场变化及时报告上级,以便上级制定落实应对措施

篇3：出口单证主管岗位职责
岗位职责:
(一)做事认真、仔细、耐心、积极、主动、负责;具有良好的人际交往和沟通能力;具备熟练的英语应用及对话能力;
(二)熟练使用各种办公软件,包括office软件;
(三)英语CET4级或以上;获得省级以上部门颁发的单证员资格证书;
(四)熟悉外贸进出口操作流程,熟练无误地制备各类出口单证,包括但不限于发票,装箱单,报关单,各类产地证,装运通知,汇票,保单,分析单等;熟悉《商业跟单信用证统一规则》;
(五)熟练掌握出口产品(农药)的分析单,MSDS,产品资料规格等的制作;
(六)熟知危险品的订舱、申报、报关、装运等流程、要求和细节;
