1.Responsibleforsupportingthedevelopmentofautomotivepowertrains,specializingintheintegrationanddevelopmentofautomatictransmissionsforInternalCombustionEnginesandHybridpowertrains.
2.Responsibleforfunctiondevelopmentandevaluationoftransmissionsystemsandcomponentssuchasshiftquality,NVH,driveability,efficiency,performance,weight,etc.

5.CoordinationwithotherTMdepartmentsinordertoexecuteattributetasks.

7.Performandsupportvehicleandtestbenchmeasurementtasksforattributerelatedtasksandevaluateresults.
8.Familiarwiththevehiclechassisandpowertrainsystem,evaluatethevehicleissueandrelatedsystem.
9.Experiencedwithspeedsensor,torquemeter,temperaturesensor,pressuresensorintegrationandmeasurementacquisition.
10.Coveringcross-functionalissueresolution
11.Discussandanalyzetechnicalproblemsandpossiblesolutionswithcustomers;

Requirements:
1.Bachelororabovedegreeinautomotiveormechanicalengineering
2.Atleastthreeyearsworkingexperienceintheautomotiveindustry
3.Havedrivinglicenseandskillfullyindriving.
4.CancommunicateinEnglishfluently.
5.Confidentdrivingabilityandknowledgeofthesubjectivedrivequalitytargetsforvarioustypesofvehicleapplications
6.ProficientinMicrosoftOffice
7.ExperiencedinusingCANanddataacquisitionmeasurementtoolssuchIMC,NationalInstruments,VectorCANape,INCA.
篇2：变频应用工程师岗位职责
岗位职责:
-变频空调/热泵系统的分析、研究
-协助客户开发变频空调/热泵机组,包括压缩机、风机、膨胀阀等匹配及优化控制逻辑
-培训应用工程师/销售/客户关于变频系统的应用
任职要求:
-大学本科以上学历,机械/制冷/机电专业
-5年以上空调/热泵机组厂工作经验,至少3年以上的变频空调开发、应用相关岗位
-熟悉变频空调系统的设计及故障排查
-善于沟通,有C1驾照,需要一定时间的外地出差

1、负责BMS的选型和整车集成设计,客户技术对接,BMS产品需求分析,现场故障分析、诊断及排除,技术信息收集、汇总及分析;
2、负责电池及BMS的技术研究与新技术在整车上的应用;
3、负责电池及BMS的供应商技术交流和联合开发管理;
4、负责电池及BMS的整车试装评价、整改验证、编写FMEA。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上,电子、电气、车辆工程、机械电子、计算机、自动化等专业优先;
2、一年以上BMS应用、BMS开发、售前、售后工作经验,新能源汽车行业优先;
3、熟悉CAN、UDS诊断等协议,熟练使用CAN分析仪、示波器等仪器;
4、熟悉CAD等工程制图软件优先;
5、熟悉新能源行业国标优先;
5、具备较强的自学习能力及沟通表达能力,能与客户进行清晰的技术交流;
6、有责任心,有良好的团队合作精神、具有较强的抗压能力和较强的执行力。
