Thoroughunderstandingofengineeringdrawings(documentationformanufacture)

Professionalexperienceinaproductdesignorasimilartechnicalrole

Knowledgeoftheproductdevelopmentprocess(conceptdevelopmentthroughtovolumeproduction)

篇3：标识项目主管岗位职责

岗位职责:

1、负责制定部门年度工作计划,销售预算等规划性工作,根据时间节点分解工作计划及销售任务,合理安排部门分工;

2、项目前期与业主主管部门的沟通项目的总体进度及实施计划;

3、制定招标工作计划,组织招投标活动,负责合同订单评审及签订工作;

4、负责客户信息的收集及跟踪,对潜在客户进行商务开发,对固定客户定期进行拜访及深挖需求,建立并保持和客户的良好关系,合同订单的评审签订;

5、全面负责项目的管控工作,项目前期资料收集,项目协调,进度管理,成本控制,售后管理及回款跟进等工作;

6、负责对部门内各项工作的布置、检查和落实,检查和考核本部门员工的工作;

7、负责工程竣工验收及工程结算的审核工作;

任职要求:

1、工程管理、工民建、规划类相关专业大专以及上学历;

2、1年以上工程管理工作经验,有工程监理工作经验的优先;

3、具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力、执行能力和商务能力。

4、熟悉国家和地方的相关法律、法规、政策及行业规范,熟悉市场行情;

5、具有较强的计划实施能力,较强的组织协调和沟通能力,有较强的责任心、团队协作精神和领导能力;

6、思路清晰、善于总结、勤于思考,能承担较大压力。
