变速箱产品岗位职责
岗位职责:
1.产品开发设计
根据客户SOR要求,设计产品结构,通过CAE分析,确定零件的强度、功能。识别零件的关键特性,完成产品的DFMEA。针对现有产品进行优化。
2.产品开发验证
负责完成产品开发前期的DV验证,根据试验结果确定设计方案。试验验证试验台的设计等。
3.产品技术问题分析及解决
负责客户端反馈问题、试验验证过程中问题、生产过程问题分析及解决。
岗位要求:
1.从事过变速箱电磁阀工作,或有相关电磁阀研发工作经验优先;
2.具有机械设计基础知识,熟练使用CATIA软件;
3.本科及以上学历,至少有3年阀类产品设计相关工作。
