1.大专及以上学历;
2.在零售行业工作5年以上;1年以上大卖场、综合超市门店店长(店总经理)工作经验或两年以上副店长(店副总)工作经验。
3.具备营销促销的组织能力,了解零售商品流通渠道,对相关商品的销售情况与价格有深入研究,了解市场情况,了解商品,具有敏锐的市场洞查力,能根据市场动向,及时调整门店的销售策略。
4.熟悉与零售相关的法律法规;
5.熟练操作办公软件,具备良好的语言组织能力及表达能力;具有良好的逻辑分析和判断能力。
岗位职责:
1.负责门店预算的编制和达成;关键业务指标的达成。
2.制定门店的整体工作计划。
3.负责门店各项业务操作符合公司的流程和制度。
4.积极跟进顾客意见的落实,合理处理顾客投诉,以顾客为导向,有效地提高门店的服务水平和商品质量。
5.确保商品流转顺畅、安全,确保门店商品货源充足,满足销售需要,同时库存合理,提高库存准确率,有效地降低商品损耗。
6.分析市场特点,了解商品销售特点,把握影响门店销售的因素,提高门店销售额。
