CITDepartmentislookingforanengineerspecializedinOpticstoenlargecompetencyoftheteaminordertosupporttheglobalstrategyofdigitalizationofindustrialplantsandfurtherdevelopinspectionmethodsatlabscalefortheothersteamofSaint-GobainResearchShanghai.

Inthisrole,youwilldesign,developandmaintainopticalinspectionsystemstobeusedinapplicationsforprocesscontroland/orqualitycontrol.

YouwillbeinvolvedintoR&Dprojectsrelatedtoseveralbusinessunits(automotiveglass,ceramics,andabrasives)whereyouwillbeinchargeofinvestigatinganddevelopinginspectionsolutionswithexternalpartners.YouwillalsocontributetothedigitalizationofSaint-GobainResearchShanghai.

Candidateshouldhaveadeepknowledgeonopticalhardwareandfundamentalknowledgeofimageprocessinganddatatreatment(includingstatisticalanalysis,featuredetection,patternrecognition).

2/(50%)您将为圣戈班中国不同工厂开发及维护用于过程或质量控制的光学检测系统(涉及汽车玻璃、磨料、塑料和陶瓷等产品)

3/(30%)YouwillworkcloselywithteamfromtheplantsaswellasR&Dteamsfromeachbusinessunitconcernedtogetfamiliarwiththeirproductsandprocesses.YouwillsupporttheminIndustry4.0/Smartmanufacturingprojectsandgatherknowledgeofsolutionsdeveloped(advantagesanddrawbacks).

Qualification&Skills

1/PositionopenedtoMasterinoptics,electronicengineering,automation,measurementorrelevantmajors.Experienceinmachinevision/computervision.

1/光学，电子工程，自动化，测控及相关专业硕士学历,机器视觉/计算机视觉领域工作经验。

2/Skillsinopticalhardwareandauto-inspection,aswellasinobjectorientedprogramming(Python,C/C++,Sharp),imageprocessingandanalysis.

2/具备光学硬件及自动检测知识，以及面向对象程序设计(Python,C/C++,Sharp)，图像处理和分析能力。

职位描述：

职责描述：

1、作为AI/AOI（瑕疵检测项目）的光学技术专家、技术带头人，聚焦工业产品缺陷的光学成像技术开发、光学系统的架构设计、核心技术突破与建设；

2、基于公司项目需求、加工能力、测试设备、产线融合的情况，主导检测设备的光学项目实施；

3、总结业界优秀光学技术方法、实践，导入公司项目的优化提升(光学系统、光路设计、测量等)。

任职要求：

1、专业要求：光学工程、测控技术、光电信息、精密仪器、应用物理等相关专业硕士研究生以上学历；

2、工作经验：硕士5年，博士3年以上，精通光学成像领域，特别是打光系统设计经验，有AI等前沿技术应用经验者优先；

3、知识与技能：具有扎实的光学理论知识，包括几何光学、物理光学、激光器技术与原理、光学检测技术和方法等知识；掌握光学仿真、CAD工具。
