LabManager实验室经理Responsibilities:
?Manageanddeveloplaboratorystafftoensureeffectivelaboratoryoperations.Developandimplementstrategiestoaddressprocessimprovements.
?Workwithotheroperationsstafftoensureefficientandaccuratesampleprocessingtomeetcustomerneeds.
?EnsurethatalllabfunctionsarecarriedoutwithinregulatoryandGMPguidelinesinaccordancewith21CFRParts210and211.
?Manageactivitiesofsequencing,ribotyping,andprocessdevelopmentemployeestoensureoptimumperformanceofthegroup/function.
?Establishandprovidecontinualevaluationofworkproceduresandprocessesthatsupportcompanyanddepartmentalstandards,proceduresandstrategicdirectives/
?Recommendandimplementprocessimprovementmethodstoimprovelaboratoryoperation,efficiencyandservicetobothinternalandexternalcustomers.
?Responsibleforpersonnelmanagementactivitiessuchas:scheduling,personnelactions,traininganddevelopment,providingregulardirectionandfeedbackonperformance,disciplinaryactionsandpreparinganddeliveringannualperformanceandsalaryreview.
?Collaboratewithqualityassurancetoensuremaintenance,repair,andcleningprocessesareperformedonalllaequipment.
?Collaboratewiththequalityandtechnicaloperationsteamstoreport,record,andresolveoutofspecificationfindings,deviations,andcustomercomplaints.
?Schedule,direct,track,anddocumentallqualitycontroltestingofrawmaterialsandreagents.Ensurequalitytestingisperformedinatimelyfashionanddesignateresourcestocompletetesting.
?Ensureadherencetopertinentregulatoryrequirementsandtodepartmentalpolicies,practicesandprocedures.
Requirements:
?BachelordegreeinMicrobiologyorrelateddisciplinerequired.
?Minimumof5yearsrelatedlabexperience.

实验室技术支持岗位职责
海外技术支持-生物实验室试剂海外技术支持/产品经理-生物实验室试剂
任职要求
1.生物专业硕士以上学历,熟悉分子生物学或者NGS相关技术知识,有生物医药背景者优先考虑;
2.1年以上市场,商务拓展工作经验,有生物行业从业背景者优先;
3.英语CET-6级以上,具有流畅的口语沟通能力,熟练的英语阅读和书写能力,英语可作为工作语言,同时具备第二外语(日语或者韩语)者优先考虑;
4.熟悉海外市场推广,以及进出口贸易流程,良好的业务拓展能力与商务谈判技巧。
5.熟练操作各种office办公软件。
6.具备团队合作意识以及协作精神。
7.适应海外出差
岗位职责为:
1.负责海外区域市场的产品推广,协助销售同事达成年度销售目标。
2.定期走访区域内市场,了解当地市场信息以及竞争格局,制定与实施区域市场推广计划。

实验室技术岗位职责
职责描述:
1、负责样本处理、核酸提取、PCR扩增等实验操作;
2、严格按SOP进行实验;
3、负责相关仪器的维护和保养;
4、实验数据的记录、整理;
5、部门主管交待的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、医学检验专业,有PCR上岗证优先;
2、独立医学实验室工作经验可以优先考虑;
3、具有一定的英文文献阅读能力;
4、具有扎实的分子生物学实验技能和理论基础;
5、工作态度认真负责,细心、沉稳,能承受一定的工作压力;
6、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,富有责任心。
