岗位要求:
1、计算机、微电子、自动化、电子工程或通讯类专业;
2、熟练掌握楼宇自控系统的方案制作、编程、调试;
3、掌握暖通空调工艺知识;
4、扎实的计算机软、硬件基础;
5、具有可视对讲产品和楼宇自控产品开发经验者优先;
6、西门子、霍尼韦尔、江森自控等国内外知名楼控公司任职经验这优先;
7、熟悉IBMS系统集成者优先;

岗位职责
1、负责项目实施环节成本、质量、进度、安全等方面的全面管控及实施;
2、负责工程实施直至竣工验收全过程资料报送、整理、归档等工作;
3、负责施工过程项目策划、运营工作,有图纸深化能力、并指导项目实施;
4、熟悉各智能化系统,熟悉主流产品配置;
5、项目管理工作量评估,组建标化项目部,落实现场人员、材料等各项管理制度并贯彻实施;
6、主导现场施工关系协调,处理好与建设、设计、监理、跟审、总包及各分包单位协调与沟通,维护及提升公司所在项目上知名度、美誉度;
7、配合内、外部审计工作,积极配合公司对项目各分包单位管理工作;
任职资格
1、计算机、电子、通信或相关专业,熟悉建筑智能化各主要系统,大专及以上学历;
2、具有五年以上智能化项目管理经验,熟悉现场项目管理工作;
3、独立承担并完成至少一个1000万以上综合智能化建设工程,项目成绩突出者可优先考虑;
4、有3000万以上规模机电安装(包含800万以上智能化)相关项目管理经验优先考虑;
5、持有一级建造师证书、且证书有1000万以上智能化项目业绩者优先考虑;
6、工作责任心强,吃苦耐劳,有团队精神;
7、能常驻项目现场工作(江苏省内)。
