工作职责:
1、全面负责和主持公司研发分部工作;
2、负责相关产品技术平台建立及完善,产业规划,建立产品技术路线;
3、负责组织实施承担的产品研发任务工作,组织完成技术关键点攻关,保障产品研发进度;
4、全面负责相关项目注册检、临床试验、注册申报工作的计划与组织实施;
5、为产品的市场推广、医学检验部门提供技术资料,解决产品使用中存在的技术问题。
任职要求:
1、学历要求:硕士及以上,生物技术相关专业;
2、精通分子生物学相关的各种技术原理,五年以上独立进行分子检测试剂盒研发经验;三年以上分子检测实验室管理经验;
3、熟悉分子检测实验室的操作要求,临床实验和产品注册申报流程;
4、能熟练查阅英文专业文献,使用计算机完成相关工作;
5、稳重、责任心强,具有开拓进取、刻苦钻研精神,对本职工作任劳任怨,能适应灵活的工作方式和时间。

1、根据部门经理安排,安装任务委托单,编写相应的产品测试计划、方案;
2、完成新产品项目结构评审,安规风险评估,根据相关标准、编制测试大纲,检验内容和方法;
3、执行测试工作,提交测试报告及原始记录等相关的技术文档;
4、对测试中发现的问题进行分析,与开发人员讨论缺陷解决方案;对不符合检测工作进行跟踪,实施纠正和预防措施验证;
5、积极参与本专业的能力验证、实验室间比对工作和技术培训,努力提高技术水平;

JobResponsibilities
