资深项目工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
DutiesandResponsibilities:
1.根据合同要求,组织召开项目开工会,制定项目进度计划。
Organizeprojectkick-offmeetingandmakeprojectscheduleaccordingtocontractrequirements.
2.协调项目相关人员,推进项目的执行,确保项目按计划交付。
Coordinateprojectteammemberstocompleteprojectexecutionandsecureprojecton-timedelivery.
3.负责真空系统零部件选型、系统内部报价、GA设计及BOM制定。
Takeresponsibiltiesforvacuumsystemaccessoryselection,systeminternalquotation,GAdesigningandBOMcreation.
4.负责真空系统所需零部件的采购申请、ERP信息录入、物料到货进度跟踪、项目资料制作等工作。
Beresponsibleforvacuumsystemlocalmaterialpurchasingapplication,ERPinformationentry,localmaterialarrivaltracking,projectdocumentaitonandetc..
5.根据项目实施进度,下发系统制造工单,协助系统车间完成系统的组装、测试、包装和发运等工作。
Releaseworkorderforsystemfabricationinaccordancewithprojectprogress.Supportsystemworkshoptocompletesysteminstallation,testing,packagingandshipment.
6.负责项目成本和质量的跟踪和控制。

7.项目出现偏差或异常时,组织、协调相关人员快速处理并找到解决方案。
Coordinatetherelevantteamstoworkoutbestsolutionsrapidlywhenproblemsanddeviationsoccurduringprojectexecutionperiod.
8.与客户和销售团队保持良好的沟通,保证客户满意度。
Liaisonwithsalesteamandrepresentativesofclientstomakethecommunicationsmoothandensurecustomersatisfaction.
9.定期汇总项目的进展情况,并在周例会中进行汇报。
Summarizeprojectstatusregularlyanddoreportinginweeklyprojectreviewmeeting.
10.完成项目的收尾、总结和经验收集等工作。

11.完成主管交办的其他工作。

Qualifications,Training,andExperience:
1.本科及以上学历,工科类专业,化学工程或化工机械专业为佳。

2.熟悉过程工业(换热器、管道、阀门、电气仪表)为佳。
Beingfamiliarwithprocessindustries(heatexchanger,piping,valve,electricalinstruments)prefered.
3.五年以上工程类工作经验,有系统设计经验为佳。
Over5yearsengineeringexperiences,systemdesigningexperiencesplus.
4.有2年以上项目管理经验。

5.英语能熟练的听说读写。
