Yourmissionandresponsibilities:
Responsibleforthemaintenanceandoperationofproductionprocessandlaboratoryequipment.Suchasautoclave,partswasher,COP,floorscale,fillinglineequipmentandqualitycontrolequipment.
负责生产工艺以及实验室设备的维护保养和运行。如灭菌柜,清洗机,COP,地秤,灌装线设备及质量控制设备等。
Makeplanandcompleteequipmentpreventivemaintenanceworkregularly.
制定计划并按期完成设备预防性维护工作。
CarryoutequipmentinspectionregularlyaccordingtoSOP,analyze,judgeanddealwithabnormalsituationofequipment,andmakerecords.
按SOP要求定期进行设备巡检,分析、判断和处理设备异常情况,并做好记录。
Participateinequipmentinstallation,commissioning,equipmentmaintenancetraining.
参与设备现场安装、调试、设备维护培训。
Replaceconsumables,suchasreplacinggasket,tubing,etc.
更换易耗品,如更换密封垫圈,软管等。
TomakesureCAPAcompleteontimebasedonmaintenanceplan.Inthemeanwhile,toachivemaintenancerecordsincludinghardcopyandsoftcopy.
确保预防及纠正措施及时按计划完成,同时归档纸质及电子类的维护文档。
Managesparepartstolimitrisk.
管理备品备件。
SupporttheEngineeringprocurement,validation,calibration.
支持来工程部的采购,验证及校准工作。
Yourqualificationsandexperiences:
2+years’experienceinengineeringroutinemaintenanceinManufacturingplantinacGMPindustry;preferablyinamedicaldiagnosticorPharma.
至少2年在cGMP工厂工程部日常运行维护相关工作经验,诊断或者医药行业经验优先考虑。
Demonstratedabilitytobuildstrongrelationshipsandpartnershipswithbothinternalcustomersandexternalservicepartners.
具备维护内部及外部合作关系的能力。
FamiliarwithGMPrequirementtoengineering.
熟悉GMP要求对工程系统的要求。
BasicEnglishwritingandoralskill,FluentinEnglishisaplus.
基本英文口语及书写能力,英文流利更佳。
Atradelicenseisaplus(forexample,electricianorMEP).
有专业技工证书(如电工证)优先考虑。

Collegedegreeoraboveinelectricalormechanicalengineering.
电气、机械专业大专以上学历。

物业电梯技工安全生产职责
1、树立安全第一的思想,严格执行电梯的相关标准规定。
2、认真落实安全生产责任制,遵守公司安全生产规章制度、严格执行操作规程和员工守则。
3、实施公司设备保养计划,按计划要求保养,做好保养档案工作。
4、发现隐患马上报告工程部,并与专业维修部门联系,排除隐患确保设备安全运行,负责电梯困人的救援。
篇3：物业给排水管道技工安全生产职责
物业给排水(管道)技工安全生产职责
1、负责冷热供水系统、排水系统、消防水系统设备的安全运行管理和维修保养。
2、熟悉给排水系统(各种水泵、管道、阀门、控制设施)和各种机械设备、供气供水设备的结构、性能等情况,掌握安全生产操作规程和维护保养知识。做到判断故障准确、维修快捷、确保各种机械设备始终处于安全完好状态。
3、遵守公司安全生产规章制度,严格执行设备保养制度及操作规程,接到日常维修通知要迅速及时到位,维修工作完成后,认真填写维修通知单。
4、必须按巡检制度所规定的时间和巡检线路进行认真巡检,凡有故障的设备维修,及时报告部门领导安排处理,做好巡查记录并存档保管。
5、做好应急(漏气、漏水、污水外溢等)抢修工作,接到应急报告迅速奔赴现场,及时进行抢修,重大泄漏应在领导和工程师的指导下,积极进行抢修,确保正常工作。
