?管理生产人员按照作业标准操作

?监督所有质量记录以确保准确

?设备和生产异常按规定处置或报告
Equipmentandproductionabnormalitiesarehandledorreportedasrequired.
?按照培训程序培训新员工并定期对全部生产人员进行能力认证。
Trainnewemployeesinaccordancewiththetrainingprogramandregularlycertifyallproductionpersonnel.
?确保生产人员作业时的防护和标准以避免任何工作伤害。
Ensuretheprotectionandstandardsoftheproductionstafftoavoidanyworkinjury.
?在生产过程中要发现潜在的HSE危害,报告给HSE厂内负责人进行整改预防。

每月总结质量成本,交期等指标,分析原因并持续改善。

QualificationsandRequirements
1)Bachelor’sdegree,majorinscienceandengineering(mechanical,mechatronics,chemicalengineeringispreferred),atleast1yearworkingexperienceinproduction,engineeringrelatedfield,relevantworkingexperienceinvarioustypesoftape,protectivefilm,detachedfilmandothersimilarindustriesispreferred.
2)GoodcommandofEnglishspeaking,readingandwriting,abletocommunicatewithforeigncolleaguesinbothoralandwrittenskillsconfidently.
3)Stronginterestandhands-onabilityinmachineandmechanicaloperation/lineandcontrolispreferred,Abilitytoleadtheteamtosolvetechnicalproblemsinfrontlineanddevelopcontinueimprovementplantodrivehigherqualityandproductivity.goodsenseoflogicbehindproblems,goodatusingrelevanttoolstosolveproblemsquicklyandeffectively.
