精益生产主管岗位职责
职责描述:
支持FES&P经理在工厂推行FaureciaExcellenceSystem;
按照FES的要求,有针对性的推行精益生产工具;
定期向FES&P经理汇报部分FESKPI最新状态及报表情况;
支持FES&P经理以保证集团的FES审核达到公司目标;
检查现场工位的标准化执行情况,参与标准化审核、和5S检查,推动现场改进;
负责工厂质量体系的整体工作,牵头内外部各类审核,并维护管理体系协调运行。
任职要求:
教育水平:本科及以上学历
专业:工业工程或相关理工科背景
经验:3年以上生产管理或工厂精益生产推行及管理经验,熟悉ISO/TS16949/ISO14001等相关标准,良好的沟通协调及问题分析解决能力,英文听说读写俱佳。
