1.使用多渠道方式回访老客户达到二次销售的目的,引导老客户继续购买我司的售后服务或者新的产品;

2.通过提供优质的售后服务,提升客户对品牌和产品的满意度;

3.做好客户的咨询与投诉处理,与工程团队的沟通并移交工程部门处理;

4.不断搜集客户需求和意见,竞争对手的售后服务策略,研究对策,推陈出新;

5.负责售后服务质量的跟踪搜集、汇总、分析;

6.配合销售部门,参加各类展会活动。

Qualifications:

1.本科及以上学历,男女不限;

2.有售后服务工作经验或销售工作经验

3.普通话标准,具有良好的沟通、理解和表达能力;

4.具备良好的学习能力;

5.性格温和,有耐心,具有良好的团队协作精神;

?ConductmonthlybusinessreviewwithTDGMandDOMtoreviewtheachievementagainstthetargetandfindouttheopportunityinchannel

2.CloselycooperatewithDOMtoensuretheKPIachievementonTDscorecard

?CooperatewithDOMtoestablishastrongTDfunctionalteam,includingsales,finance,customerservice,logistics,systemandhumanresources

?AssessTDcapabilityregularlyaccordingtothescorecardanddesigncustomizeddevelopmentplan

?Buildcapability&transferknowledgetotheDistributorsalesteamandorganization(System(DMS/SIF)operation,SOPdeployment,In-storeexecution,Routeplan,finance,HRandetc.)

4.MaintaingoodrelationshipwithTopretailerstodrivesalestargetachievement

?Conductbusinessreviewwithimportantstoresbasedonthedetailedanalysis,suchaspostdata,inventorydata.

?Coordinatewithinternalteamstoresolvethedailyoperationissuesandprovidebestinclassservicetocustomer
