?Aligndistributorbusinessplan(DBP)withTDonregularbasis&actionplantoensurethesustainable&profitablegrowthforbothMDLZandTD
?Setclearmonthlybusinesstargetfordistributionandalignonexecutionplan
?ConductmonthlybusinessreviewwithTDGMandDOMtoreviewtheachievementagainstthetargetandfindouttheopportunityinchannel
2.CloselycooperatewithDOMtoensuretheKPIachievementonTDscorecard

?AssessTDcapabilityregularlyaccordingtothescorecardanddesigncustomizeddevelopmentplan

4.MaintaingoodrelationshipwithTopretailerstodrivesalestargetachievement
?Conductbusinessreviewwithimportantstoresbasedonthedetailedanalysis,suchaspostdata,inventorydata.
?Coordinatewithinternalteamstoresolvethedailyoperationissuesandprovidebestinclassservicetocustomer

经销商客户经理岗位职责
工作职责:
1、为辖区范围内汽车经销商集团提供专业化服务,通过传递企业价值,产品亮点,项目优势等信息配合销售团队达成销售目标;
2、定期向服务客户传递数据报告,项目及产品结案分析,组织经销商专业培训及区域活动等,保持顺畅的沟通和长期友好的合作伙伴关系;
3、收集辖区内客户及市场信息,与公司关联部门联系沟通、反馈,提供对应改善,调整建议;
4、负责辖区内VIP集团客户营销方案的制作和提案,配合销售BD实现合同的谈判、签订、收款;
任职要求:
1、统招本科以上学历,3年以上大客户销售,服务经验;
2、有4S店/经销商集团,市场及销售工作经验;厂商区域或主机厂工作经历;互联网、汽车、媒体等相关行业者优先;
3、熟练使用Excel,具有较强的数据整理及分析能力;擅长PPT方案制作;
4、服务意识强,有责任心,善于沟通,有强烈的团队协作意识;
5、能适应短期出差、高强度、快节奏的工作环境;
