岗位职责:
1.开发经销商渠道,并协助、组织、培训区域内经销商开拓市场。
2.向区域内各级客户传达销售政策,并参与、指导、监督其执行。
3.按年度规划、负责区域内各销售网点的品牌基础建设工作。
4.按年度规划,制定本区域渠道规划及实施计划。
5.负责区域内主要竞争对手各类市场信息收集上报工作。
任职要求:
1.具备1年以上快销品行业销售工作经验。
2.具备一定市场营销、企业管理理论基础,掌握润滑油产品知识。
3.熟练应用各类常用办公软件及信息收集、统计分析工具。
4.能够在销售拜访中运用顾问式销售。

-Minimum3yearsofrelevantsalesandbusinessdevelopmentexperienceatmanageriallevelinlogisticsbusinessfunctionsinMNC,preferablyforleading3PL/LSP;
-Strongteambuilding,presentationandprojectmanagementskills;
-Self-starter,performancedrivenwithgoodanalytical,planningandtimemanagement;
