Responsibilities

Homeroom/Pastoral:

1.AttendanceatHomeroomperiodatthebeginningofeachday.

2.MaintainingattendancerecordsonManageBac.

3.Identifyandsupportstudentswhodemonstratethroughtheiracademicprogress,developmentorwell-beingthattheyareinneedofassistance.

4.PastoralcareandPSPElearningoutcomesdeliveryduringhomeroomperiods.

5.EnsuringUOIlettersaresenttoparents.

6.Formativeandsummativeassessmentreportsaresharedperiodicallywithparents.

7.Completionoftwosemesterreportsayear.

8.Preparationforunitassembliesandoneunitexhibitionperyear.

EnsuringthatcontributionsaremadetotheUOInewsletters

Curriculum:

1.CorecurriculumdeliveryintheEnglishorChineselanguageofinstruction.

2.Meetinglearningoutcomesthecorecurriculumsubject.

3.Ensuringthatassessmentoutcomesareusedtoplanlessons.

4.Conductingverticalandhorizontalcurriculumplanning.Inparticular,ensuringthatweeklycollaborativeplanningmeetings.

5.Collaborativewritingofplans.

6.Submissionofplansandplacingthemalongwithstudentworksamplesintheteacherfolder,andonManageBac.
