教育事业部产品岗位职责
职责描述:
1.负责教育产品发展方向的整体把握和工作部署,结合公司发展战略,策划及统筹教育产品的发展规划,深挖公司现有产品线,明晰定位、目标、策略并落实实施;
2.把握互联网教育发展趋势,分析跟踪竞争对手,掌握整个行业的发展状态,把握潜在市场机会;
3.负责产品前期规划,确定产品功能、流程,制定产品原型,编写技术需求文档;
4.与技术对接沟通、协调,保证产品实施阶段的进度与质量;
5.负责制定教育产品的产品策略、实施方案和工作目标;
6.监督新产品上线效果及运营状况;
7.对产品的运营状况进行监控和分析,并提出改进方案;
8.撰写产品培训材料,对公司相关各类人员进行培训。
任职条件:
1.大学本科及以上学历,市场营销、计算机等相关专业;
2.5年以上互联网产品设计经验,2年以上团队管理经验,主导过成功的互联网产品项目;
3.熟悉产品的生命周期,有成熟的互联网产品从0到1的规划、设计、管理、运营经验;
4.对互联网k12教育行业有敏锐的市场洞察力,有操作过教育类产品项目,对产品发展有创新想法;
5.能从用户体验角度出发设计学习流程,注重用户体验和交互;有产品策划、运营能力,有互联网思维和开拓精神;
6.对用户需求能敏锐的察觉,有较强的逻辑思维能力,需求分析能力及产品规划能力。
