5、可在学习培训合格后晋升为学科老师
任职资格:
职位要求:
1.本科及以上学历,数学/物理/化学/语文/英语学科相关专业优先~
2.师范院校毕业或者有公立学校或培训机构工作经验者优先~
3.形象好,气质佳,性格开朗,细心,有感染力,为人处世灵活变通,普通话标准~
4.热爱教学工作,真心为同学成绩提高而开心。

职责描述:
深度参与战略,组织,流程,信息化,人力资源,企业文化类管理咨询项目工作,作为项目实施的主要成员,在项目经理安排和指导下开展以下工作:
1.独立负责项目组所需的资料收集工作,并根据项目需求提炼有效的项目信息;
2.参与咨询项目诊断阶段的调研与访谈,提炼访谈获得的有效信息,如能独立撰写诊断报告更佳;
3.参与项目解决方案设计,从问题出发,制定符合客户发展实际的问题解决方案;
