?DFM审核－新产品在研发各阶段的设计可制造性审核
?PFMEA的编制－在重点项目的新产品设计评审的各个节点汇总编写PFMEA，提前识别工程工艺风险，制定管控措施
?试产准备、组织和支持－EVT、DVT、PVT试产的准备、组织和支持
?工艺及效率优化－在生产团队和研发项目组的配合下，对新产品在生产线的工艺及效率进行优化，以提高产品的生产质量水平及产线效率
?量产及售后问题的追踪和改善－新产品导入量产后，产线及售后反馈问题的要及时和有效的分析和解决
岗位要求
?通信/电子/机械/控制工程专业本科及以上学历，具备基本的英语基础
?3年及以上电子行业制造/NPI的从业经验
?熟悉电子产品制造中的SMT/DIP/测试/组装/包装各环节的流程，并有丰富的工程分析经验
?了解电子产品硬件电路
?有智能POS、无线产品行业的新产品导入工作经验优先
