职位描述：
1、负责潜在合作酒店的户外广告、室内硬件装修及相关设施二次改造评估，提交可行性分析报告；
2、了解广告材料市场价格及户外广告牌施工工艺，了解室内装修基本工艺及基础材料价格；同时要求具备与供应商谈判能力，节约公司投资成本；
3、为已经签约的酒店进行改造成本估算，并制定工程进度表，严格监督项目进度及质量，优化物料及人员管理，根据收益最大化原则为酒店制定上线计划；

任职要求：
