-Experiencedinworkingacrossculturesandinlargeorganizationalstructures,abletobuildworkingrelationshipwithkeystakeholdersquickly;

EnsureR&Dteamsareavailabletoconsultondesignrequirements,andfacilitateriskassessmentprocedures.EscalateissuesinthedesigntothePCGthatmayresultinprojectimpacts.Designincludesbuildinglayout,equipmentselection,processflow,controlsystems(includingSAP,MOM,PCS(MarsandOEM),productdesign,recipestructure,andoperatorprocedures.
5、Execution
WorkcloselywithProjectExecutionManagerandCVSLeadtosupportcommissioningandvalidationplanningandexecution.
